Refund Policy – Paksy
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase, and the purchase date should not exceed 15 days.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@paksy.pk. If your request is approved, we will share return instructions and the return address. Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping, and any item sent back without prior request and approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items:

Damaged after delivery (unless you have proof it arrived damaged)

Sold during seasonal sales (Summer, Winter, Eid, Stock Clearance)

Purchased using discount codes or vouchers

That are customized or personalized specifically for you

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to:

Return the current item (as per the return policy)

Once approved, place a new order separately
A 35% exchange fee (based on the previous order value) will apply when exchanging an item for a different one.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about the approval status. If approved:

30% of the original invoice amount will be deducted

The remaining amount will be refunded to your preferred payment method
Please note: Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider and could take 3 to 12 business days.
